Palm working on another WebOS-based smartphone
Well, if a self-professed AT&T employee, who is known by his nick as TopTongueBarry, is to be believed, his company has just completed certification tests on the GSM versions of the Pre Plus and Pixi Plus. As he claims, the GSM version of these smartphones will go on sale on April 26th. What's more, he claims that Palm is working on another device on the webOS platform and the device is codenamed as Palm Elan. If evething is OK, it will be officially introduced on May, possibly in Europe first, and will have "a soft keyboard".

On other hand, another Precentral.com's forum member, the Shadow-360, wrote that several accessory manufacturers had once listed devices as compatible with the Elan but since took that information down. It's also worth noting that Elan is a Taiwanese company that sued Apple for multitouch patents. Frankly speaking, all we have here now is just rumors, but no one can rule out that Palm is developing yet another webOS-based smartphone.
